Central Ohio Home Prices Top Sales 2023

Columbus Business First.  Home prices continue to rise for all kinds of Central Ohio homes, reflected in the biggest home sales this year. The highest-priced home sale in 2023 was $5 million, about half a million dollars more than the most expensive sale last year. Eight of the most expensive home sales in 2023 were in New Albany, which sits in both Franklin and Licking counties.
