Central Ohio Home Prices Top Sales 2023


Columbus Business First.  Home prices continue to rise for all kinds of Central Ohio homes, reflected in the biggest home sales this year.

The highest-priced home sale in 2023 was $5 million, about half a million dollars more than the most expensive sale last year.

Eight of the most expensive home sales in 2023 were in New Albany, which sits in both Franklin and Licking counties. Here are the most expensive homes sales from this year:

212 Park Dr. in the Bexley area sold for $5 million, according to Columbus Realtors data. Taxes (Yrly): 58,807   Tax Year:2023

3 Highgrove Farms in New Albany sold for $4.2 million. This home spent only three days on the market. Taxes (Yrly): 59,295   Tax Year:2023

3970 Ebrington Road in New Albany sold for $3.625 million. The home also spent only three days on the market. Taxes (Yrly): 34,012  Tax Year:2023

14 Highgrove in New Albany sold for $3.6 million.

4 Highgrove in New Albany sold for $3.567 million. This home spent one day on the market.

4040 Baughman Grant, New Albany sold for $3.5 million.

1581 Woodland Hall Drive in Delaware sold for $3.356 million.

7300 Lambton Park Road in New Albany sold for $3.2 million. This house was on the market for a day, according to Columbus Realtors.

According to Columbus Realtors, three homes sold for $3.1 million in 2023:

10 N. Drexel Avenue in Columbus sold for $3.1 million. This house only spent one day on the market. Taxes (Yrly): 29,186    Tax Year:2022

4721 Yantis Drive in New Albany sold for $3.1 million. Taxes (Yrly):    43,030 Tax Year: 2023

4 Bottomley Crescent Road in New Albany sold for $3.1 million. Taxes (Yrly):  33,774   Tax Year: 2023

10 N. Drexel in Columbus. Taxes (Yrly):  34,808   Tax Year: 2023
